All products are shipped using USPS, Royal Mail or Federal Express.

Returns Policy

If you are not delighted with your purchase(s) one must contact customerservice@tarrarosenbaum.com to request your return..

Once your request is processed you will receive a confirmation number with directions on how to complete your return. You can then return the item(s) in its original unworn, salable condition along with the custom pouch and sales receipt within 7 business days for a full refund, including shipping. The package must be insured for the full value of the jewelry being returned. We will credit you the amount of your purchase once we receive the goods. We ask that you call or send us an email alerting us to your decision to return so that we may track that return. Special orders are neither refundable nor returnable.
